Terms and Conditions of the WinRate Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This document serves as a legal and binding contract governing the legal relationship between the WinRate platform (winrate.trade) and all natural persons utilizing educational services, evaluation challenges, and simulated accounts.

  • WinRate is a brand name and online platform providing educational services and simulated trading accounts. All platform services are provided exclusively within the regulatory framework and internal rules of the platform.
  • Acceptance of Rules: By creating an account, purchasing any plan, or using any part of the platform, the user explicitly acknowledges that they have read the contents of this document in full and accepted them without any reservations or conditions.
  • Right to Amend: WinRate reserves the right to modify or update the present document at any time. Continued use by the user shall be deemed as acceptance of the new version.

2. Definitions and Technical Terms

All the following terms are interpreted throughout this document with the meanings mentioned below:

  • 2-1. WinRate Platform: The set of digital infrastructures including the website, user panel, servers, and systems for executing simulated trades.
  • 2-2. User (Trader): A natural person who has registered on the platform and is active in challenges or accounts.
  • 2-3. Simulated Account (Demo): An account solely for educational purposes that has no connection to the real market or real liquidity.
  • 2-4. Verified Account (WinRate Real): A simulated account issued after successful evaluation, which serves as the basis for calculating cash rewards (educational-incentive model).
  • 2-5. Trading Challenge: The testing and evaluation process of a trader's skill in the form of various plans.
  • 2-6. Daily Drawdown: The maximum allowable drop in the account's net value (Equity) in one day relative to the starting balance of that same day.
  • 2-7. Overall Drawdown: The maximum allowable drop in value relative to the Initial Balance.
  • 2-8. Floating Risk: The amount of risk of open trades at any moment relative to the last valid balance.
  • 2-9. Third-Party Provider: Partner companies providing infrastructure services or price feeds.
  • 2-10. Trading Robot (EA): Any software or automated script for managing trades.
  • 2-11. High-Frequency Trading (HFT): Executing a very large number of orders in a short time to exploit server latency (Prohibited).
  • 2-12. Latency Arbitrage: Exploiting the price difference between the server and the real market (Prohibited).
  • 2-13. Toxic Trading Patterns: Any repetitive pattern that lacks real risk and exploits server behaviors.
  • 2-14. Trading Spam: Opening an unconventional number of orders resulting in an abnormal load on the server.
  • 2-15. Copy Trading: Simultaneity or trading similarity of more than 70% between two or more accounts.
  • 2-16. Hedging: Opening opposite positions in related accounts or highly correlated assets.
  • 2-17. Martingale Strategy: Incrementally increasing trade volume, which is permitted provided drawdown limits are respected.
  • 2-18. High-Impact News: Important economic events (such as FOMC, CPI) that cause extreme volatility.
  • 2-19. Correlated Assets: Assets with similar price movements (such as Gold and Silver).

3. Nature of the Platform and Financial Disclaimers

  1. WinRate is an educational and simulation platform and does not engage in any activities related to asset management or financial advice.
  2. All account trades are unreal, and their profits or losses are for simulation purposes.
  3. Cash Reward is an internal incentive mechanism and does not create any financial relationship or investment obligation.
  4. The user confirms that WinRate is not an exchange and no real capital is placed under the trader's management.

4. Registration Conditions, Identity Verification, and Underage Activity

  • Minimum Age: Use of services is exclusively permitted for persons at least 18 years of age.
  • 4-1. Accuracy of Information: All information (name, national ID, etc.) must match official documents. Any discrepancy will lead to account suspension.
  • 4-2. Immutability of Data: Identity data is non-editable after final registration.
  • 4-3. Users Under 18: Activity for these individuals is subject to the supervision and approval of a legal guardian (submission of documents and written consent). The presence of the guardian during identity verification for profit withdrawal is mandatory.
  • 4-4. Identity Verification Process (KYC): Performing KYC is mandatory in two stages (before receiving the Real account and at the time of profit withdrawal). The trader must send a selfie with an identification document according to the announced standards.

5. Plan Structure, Capital Increase, and Account Merging

  • 5-1. Two-Step Plan: Profit targets of 10% and 8%. Daily loss limit of 5% and overall 12%.
  • 5-2. Three-Step Plan: Profit targets of 12%, 8%, and 5%. Exempt from the 3% floating risk rule. Daily loss limit of 6% and overall 12%.
  • 5-3. Master Account: Direct entry into the Real phase. No daily risk limit, but required to adhere to 3% floating risk and a 5% overall loss limit.
  • 5-4. Free Demo Plan: Purely educational (4% target, 5% daily drawdown, and 12% overall) with no possibility of upgrading to Real.
  • 5-5. Scaling Plan: Successful traders are eligible for a 40% capital increase after 3 months and achieving 30% profit. In the Master plan, growth up to 5 times the limit is possible.
  • 5-6. Merging Accounts: Consolidation of the same type of Real accounts (in positive status) up to a ceiling of $15,000 is permitted. Merging is prohibited for Master accounts.
  • 5-7. Capital Ceiling: A maximum of 2 active accounts and a total capital of $15,000 for each trader.
  • 5-8. Extension of Challenge Deadline: Possibility to extend the exam deadline by 30 days by paying the relevant fee.

6. Risk Management and Drawdown Rules

  • 6-1. Daily Drawdown: 5% in the Two-Step plan and 6% in the Three-Step plan (Basis: Start-of-day balance at 00:00 server time).
  • 6-2. Overall Drawdown: 12% in the Two-Step plan, 12% in the Three-Step plan, and 5% in the Master plan. Violation of this figure leads to instant account failure.
  • 6-3. 3% Floating Risk (Master Specific): The potential loss of open trades must not exceed 3% of the balance. Violation of this rule leads to permanent forfeiture of account privileges.
  • 6-4. Server Time: All calculations are performed based on server time (3:30 difference from Tehran).

7. Technical Regulations, Fees, and Margin

  • 7-1. Fee Rates: Maker trades 0.03% and Taker trades 0.05%.
  • 7-2. Margin Management: Use of both Isolated and Cross margin types is permitted.
  • 7-3. Leverage: The leverage ceiling varies depending on the type of asset.

8. General Rules and Challenge Completion Conditions

  • 8-1. Stopping After Target: Upon reaching the profit target, all trades must be closed and activity must cease until the next stage is issued.
  • 8-2. Upgrade Request Deadline: The trader has only 10 days after passing a stage to register an upgrade request via ticket.
  • 8-3. Minimum Activity: The interval between two trades must not exceed 30 days; otherwise, the account will be deactivated.

9. Restrictions, Trading Violations, and Trading Style

The following behaviors will result in account blocking:

  • 9-1. HFT and Arbitrage Prohibition: Exploiting price bugs is prohibited.
  • 9-2. Tick Scalp Rule (15%): Profitable trades under 30 seconds should not account for more than 15% of the total profit.
  • 9-3. 80% Rule and Time Concentration: Concentration of trades on a specific symbol within a timeframe of less than 5 minutes will lead to account reset or blocking.
  • 9-4. Robot Prohibition: The use of trading Experts is prohibited (capital management assistants are permitted).
  • 9-5. Copy Trading: Copying others is prohibited. Copy trading is only allowed between accounts belonging to the user themselves.
  • 9-6. Spam Trading: Sending rapid-fire orders that put pressure on the server is prohibited.
  • 9-7. Trading on News: In Crypto, there is no systemic restriction, but the responsibility for slippage and spread lies with the trader.

10. Profit Withdrawal Process and Financial Payments

  • 10-1. Scheduling: The first withdrawal in challenges after 21 days and in Master after 14 days. Subsequent withdrawals every 14 days.
  • 10-2. Profit Share: 80% to 95% in challenge plans and 50% in the Master plan is the trader's share.
  • 10-3. Settlement Conditions: You must not have any open positions at the time of the request.
  • 10-4. Payment Method: Settlements are exclusively via Tether (USDT) on TRC20 or BEP20 networks within 3 to 5 business days.

11. Refund Policy

The challenge fee is non-refundable except in the following cases:

  • 11-1. 100% Scheme: Return of the full fee at the first profit withdrawal (provided at least 15% growth is achieved in the Real account).
  • 11-2. 150% Scheme: 100% at the first withdrawal and 50% at the third withdrawal.
  • 11-3. Finality of Order: After the license is issued, there is no possibility of changing or returning the plan.

12. Device Limits and Account Security

  • 12-1. Device Ceiling: Maximum use of 2 devices (e.g., one mobile and one laptop).
  • 12-2. Device Change: Logging in with a third device requires prior coordination via ticket.
  • 12-3. IP Sharing Prohibition: Using shared internet or devices for different accounts is prohibited. Use of VPS is not permitted.

13. Affiliate System (Referral)

The reward for inviting others is 5% of the order amount, which increases to 7% if more than 100 people are invited (only for the new user's first purchase).


14. Technical Policies and Platform Limits of Liability

  • WinRate is not responsible for the user's internet disruptions or software connection drops.
  • Data recorded on the platform's servers is the only valid reference for evaluation.

15. Force Majeure

In the event of incidents beyond control (war, widespread internet outages, etc.), WinRate will not be responsible for service interruptions but will strive for recovery.


16. Intellectual Property and Publication Restrictions

All material and intellectual rights belong to WinRate. Publishing false content against the entity will lead to account suspension (20 days) and legal prosecution.


17. Contact Information and Official Communication Protocol

  • Official Channels: Ticketing system and email support@winrate.trade.
  • Publishing content against the platform in informal spaces outside of follow-up regulations will result in the permanent blocking of the account.

By purchasing a challenge or using the services, the user confirms that they have read all the above clauses and are committed to their implementation.
